City Collision wants to help you better understand your auto repairs. Below are a few of our more frequently asked questions at the shop. If you have any other questions, give our shop in Dartmouth a call!
May I choose which collision shop I use?
Yes. It is your choice where to have your vehicle repaired.
Do you guarantee your workmanship?
Yes, we offer a lifetime guarantee on collision repairs. In fact, you won’t have to worry, even if your vehicle is damaged again – we stand behind all our manufacturer-specified repairs as long as you own the vehicle. And don’t forget, we’ll always welcome you back with coffee and snack if you’d like to discuss any work we’ve done. We’ll take a look at it for you, no charge.
How long do repairs take?
It’s hard to tell without looking at your vehicle. The length of time depends on the extent of the damage, naturally. However, we will give you a firm estimate on a completion time and keep you informed throughout the repair. We realize that having your vehicle in the shop is inconvenient and that it’s tough to maintain your daily routine when you’re a car down. Although lots of roadblocks can occur during repairs, our 40+ years of experience allow us to sidestep many of them. We always stand behind our expected return time and make sure to communicate with you so that there are no surprises.
Do I need to get three estimates?
No, today people are very busy. You are not required to obtain multiple appraisals for your insurance company. One is all you need.
Do you provide vehicle rentals?
We’ll work with you to arrange a rental vehicle during this time. If you are using insurance, we’ll coordinate with your insurance company, making the drop-off and pick-up processes seamless.
Are you busy?
Never too busy for you! Whether you need an estimate, have a question, or just want to stop by for a free cup of coffee, we’re here for you. You never need an appointment for an estimate; just drop in. We may be hard at work “doing our magic,” but we always have time to talk to you – on your schedule.
What should I know before I come in to City Collision?
Remember… we’re not happy if you’re not happy.
